The Rector and Vestry are pleased to announce that Daryl White has been appointed as the Sexton for the Church of the Transfiguration. According to the Oxford Dictionary, a Sexton is “An officer responsible for a church and its property, and for tasks relating to its maintenance or management.” In this capacity, Daryl will work directly with Tom Kevern, the Jr. Warden, and Doug Wynn, the Deputy Warden, for maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of the congregational property.
